“When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.”
― Alexander Den Heijer

The success of an organization is highly dependent on the teams and driven by managers at different levels. The role of a manager in the development of teams is underrated. A bad manager can destroy a good team and a great manager can lift any mediocre team to greater heights. With so much focus on technical skills, the managers hardly receive any training or coaching to hone their managerial skills. Instead of learning through a systematic process, the managers are left in the wild to discover the ways to handle teams.

This workshop helps the managers – both new and experienced to understand the fundamentals, participate in exercises to discover insights and plan the journey to become a great manager. If you have a hard time managing the team, recently handed the ‘manager’ designation or want to learn the secrets to great management, this workshop is for you.
